How we prepare puppies for their new homes

Each of our puppies goes through a careful programme so they leave for their new family healthy, well-balanced, and ready for life. From the first days we focus on quality nutrition, regular veterinary checks, and socialisation with people and other dogs.

Before the handover each puppy is dewormed multiple times, vaccinated, and microchipped. New owners receive the vaccination booklet, pedigree certificate, purchase contract, and a starter pack with the food their puppy knows.

During pick-up we walk new owners through care, nutrition, and training so the transition is as calm as possible and the puppy feels safe. Our families are never left on their own – we remain available for advice and support long after the puppy leaves.
